These Terms & Conditions govern your use of playtame and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and playtame. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers on the platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on playtame. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement. Age is verified through mandatory KYC identity verification. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with Philippine gaming law.
Each player is permitted one playtame account only. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent bonus restrictions, withdrawal limits, or self-exclusion will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals without exception.
All bonus credits awarded on playtame are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Withdrawal requests on playtame require completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods previously used for deposit and registered to the same account holder name. playtame reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above threshold amounts.
playtame provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, and session time controls to all account holders. Activating self-exclusion immediately restricts access to the account for the requested period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. playtame is committed to PAGCOR responsible gaming standards.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playtame login credentials. playtame will never ask for your password via any channel. Any account access using your credentials is your responsibility — immediately notify playtame support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

By accessing the playtame platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with playtame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the playtame platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time.

To register and maintain a playtame account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
playtame reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) playtame account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any changes occur.
playtame reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal, in its sole discretion.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, all playtame account holders are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before withdrawals can be processed.
KYC verification requires submission of:
playtame may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds for accounts with elevated transaction volumes, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
Document review is conducted within 1–3 business days of submission under normal processing conditions. playtame reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending KYC completion without liability for any consequential losses.
playtame accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your playtame account balance in real time upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the relevant banking institution. playtame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the playtame account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
playtame does not accept deposits from players who are self-excluded, on cooling-off periods, or whose accounts have been suspended. Any deposit made in contravention of this provision will be reversed to the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees.
Withdrawal requests on playtame require completed KYC verification. Players with pending or incomplete KYC documentation may not initiate withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, registered to the account holder's name. playtame does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposit, or payment accounts not registered in the account holder's name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard Philippine banking clearing timelines.
playtame reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with account history, or otherwise flagged by playtame's risk management systems. Such checks may extend withdrawal processing times. playtame will notify the account holder of any extended review period via the registered contact details.
Real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) are withdrawable at any time subject to the verification and minimum amount requirements above.
playtame offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prize credits. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time of each offer.

All games available on the playtame platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. RNG certification is a requirement of playtame's PAGCOR operating license and is subject to periodic third-party audit.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or network disconnection during a game round, the round result will be determined based on the game's last valid server-side state. If a valid result cannot be determined, the wager amount for the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance. playtame's determination of the last valid game state is final.
Live dealer games offered through playtame are subject to the rules displayed within each individual live table session. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, the video recording of the session constitutes the definitive record.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playtame platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
playtame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where playtame reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or court order.
In cases of account suspension due to suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, playtame reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a criminal investigation is initiated by Philippine law enforcement, playtame will cooperate fully with such investigations and may be required to withhold funds indefinitely pending the outcome.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their playtame account may do so by contacting playtame support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds remaining at account closure are forfeited.
Under PAGCOR regulation, playtame is required to provide a written explanation for any account suspension that affects a player's access to their account balance, upon the player's written request.

All content on the playtame platform — including but not limited to the playtame brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and all other proprietary materials — is owned by or licensed to playtame and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the playtame platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any playtame content without express written authorisation.
playtame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at playtame.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept playtame's Privacy Policy.
playtame processes personal data in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, playtame's aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the playtame platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
playtame is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data or account information; (c) delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers; (d) losses resulting from events beyond playtame's reasonable control including technical failures of internet infrastructure, natural disasters, or government action.
Nothing in this limitation of liability shall exclude playtame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the playtame platform or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with playtame through playtame's customer support process. playtame will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established dispute resolution procedures for licensed operators.
playtame reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to active account holders via the registered email address or mobile number at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where earlier implementation is required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or applicable law.
Continued use of the playtame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the amendment.
